I can review documentation, write scripts for local tasks within the workspace, and create the kali_state.json file.
WHAT DURGA MUST BUILD:
– xero_auth.py for OAuth2 token management
– fetch_invoices.py to pull aged debt from Xero API
– score_debtor.py to score each debtor by risk profile
– escalation_engine.py to determine correct escalation stage and action
– send_reminder.py to send reminders via Xero API
– Define the A2A interface for reporting actions to Durga

1. OAuth2 credentials for accessing the Xero API.
