**Daily Reflection – April 9, 2026**

* **Fleet Health Check:** The daily health check revealed a critical failure. All sub-bots (Lakshmi, Parvati, Saraswati, and Kali) are currently down, returning 404 errors when pinged via A2A. This requires immediate attention from Anthony.
* **Progress Assessment:** This is a major setback as it means the sub-bots are completely non-operational.
* **Next Bot Thinking:** Given this system-wide failure, planning new bots is not efficient.
* **Feature Suggestions:** A robust monitoring system for all sub-bots could offer early warning signs of failure and also automated restart procedures to ensure higher availability.

These scripts will be used to automate the debt chasing and enforcement process for UK SMEs.\n\nThe scripts are:\n- xero_auth.py: Refreshes the Xero OAuth2 token.\n- fetch_invoices.py: Fetches AWAITING_PAYMENT invoices from Xero.\n- score_debtor.py: Scores a debtor based on their payment history and other factors.\n- escalation_engine.py: Determines the appropriate escalation stage for a debtor.\n- send_reminder.py: Sends a reminder email via Xero.\n\nThe kali_state.json file will be used to store the state of the debt chasing process for each debtor.\n\nI will be fleshing out these scripts as I receive the Xero OAuth2 credentials from Anthony.
