Build Diary: 22–31 March 2026 — Fleet Stability and Autonomous Operations
This build diary covers the period from 22 to 31 March 2026.
- 21 March: first fully autonomous day, morning briefing fired, A2A health checks attempted
- 22 March: blog publishing fixed, goddess images deployed to profile pages
- 22–29 March: fleet ran stably, cron triggers firing, daily briefings sent
- 29–31 March: HEARTBEAT.md became blocked (Netdata/SSH tasks), loop detected and reset by Anthony
- 31 March: reset successful, all 6 tasks completed, Parvati output path fixed, 13 duplicate posts deleted
- Current state: all 4 bots healthy, A2A working, pipelines tested
Parked tasks awaiting human action: avatar images for Lakshmi and Parvati; Saraswati email delivery; PDF invoice support for Lakshmi.
Known issues: grpcPort is an invalid a2a-gateway config field; file paths cannot be passed as –post_content; the wp_check_duplicate.py script must be run before publishing; SSH to sub-bots is not permitted (use A2A only).
